The main objective of NEEM Scheme is to uncover the talent of students and give them hands-on experience on industry practices. It will help unemployed youth to build skills through Learning by doing and Learning while earning along with providing them with access to practical skills. The idea behind this concept is to provide a platform to student with employable skills to gain first hand experience. In this scheme students undergo extensive practical session along with theoretical knowledge.
Students are allowed to do work using real equipments, and real industry accessories. Our industries need candidates with skills like good communications, team work, IT skills, decision making etc. These skills can be fulfilling if candidate gets hands on experience. They get a chance to work on advanced machines and equipment facilitating them acquisition of knowledge, skills, experience and desirable attitude which help them get a remunerative job or explore opportunities of self-employment.
This course helps the trainees get more productivity and efficient in their trades. This Course fulfil the gap between their education and requirement of industries through On Job Training. Candidates will learn to do work in the industrial culture.
