Lapels Cleaners of Martha's Vineyard reopens with New Partners, Marcia DeSousa and Suely Oliveria

Marcia DeSousa and Suely Oliveria, both island residents, are now part of the ownership team and will run day-to-day operations at the dry cleaning plant and store.
