钢板桩的检验、吊装、堆垛
1、钢板桩的检查
对于钢板桩，一般会有材质检验和外观检验，以纠正不合格的钢板桩，减少打桩过程中的困难。
(1)外观检查：包括表面缺陷、长度、宽度、厚度、端部矩形比、直线度及锁形等。注：

2、钢板桩吊装
钢板桩装卸宜采用两点吊装法。吊装时，每次吊装钢板桩数量不宜过多，并注意保护锁具，以免损坏。吊装方式有捆绑吊装和单吊装。捆绑吊装通常采用钢丝绳，而单吊装则常采用专用吊具。
3、钢板桩的堆放
钢板桩的堆放地点应选择平坦、坚固、不会因重压而产生较大沉降变形的场地，并应便于运输到打桩施工现场。堆放时应注意：
（1）今后施工应考虑堆放的顺序、位置、方向和平面布局；
（2）钢板桩按型号、规格、长度分别堆放，并在堆放处设置标志牌；
（3）钢板桩应分层堆放，每层桩数一般不超过5根，每层之间应设置枕木。枕木间距一般为3~4m，上下层枕木应在同一垂直线上。堆放总高度不应超过2m。
4、导架安装
在钢板桩施工中，为了保证桩轴位置正确和桩的垂直度，控制打桩精度，防止板桩屈曲变形，提高桩的贯入能力，一般需设置有一定刚度、坚固的导向架，也称“建筑檩条”。
导架采用单层双面形式，通常由导梁和檩条桩组成。檩条桩间距一般为2.5~3.5 m。双面护栏之间的距离不宜过大。一般略大于板桩墙。厚度为8~15毫米。安装导向架时应注意以下几点：
(1)利用经纬仪和水准仪控制和调整导光梁的位置。
(2)导梁高度必须合适，有利于控制钢板桩施工高度，提高施工效率。
(3)导向梁不能随着钢板桩打深而下沉或变形。
(4)导梁位置应尽可能垂直，不应与钢板桩碰撞。
