Connecting methods of stainless steel seamless pipe

Compression connection:This connection method uses special tools to clamp the stainless steel pipe in the pipe fitting to form a hexagonal cross-section, and cooperates with O-rings. It has the characteristics of leak-proof, stretch-proof, vibration-proof and high-pressure.

Welding connection:The pipes are connected together by hot-melt technology. This connection method has high strength, but may affect the rust-proof performance of the weld.

Self-locking connection:It was used for small-diameter plastic hose connection in the early days. The operation is simple but the sealing is poor.

Ring pressure connection:A wide band sealing ring is set on the socket, and a special pressure ring tool is used to press the socket to form a ring-shaped compression seal.

Socket connection:Including mechanical interfaces and non-mechanical interfaces.

Nut connection:Also known as threaded connection, the pipe is connected to the pipe fitting through internal and external nuts.

Flange connection:Connect the two flanges by bolts.

Groove connection:Align the pipe with the pipe mouth of the grooved pipe fitting, put on the sealing strip and clamp, and tighten the fixing screws.

Each connection method has its own characteristics and applicable scenarios. Choosing the appropriate connection method requires considering actual needs and working environment conditions.
