X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is mainly used to analyze Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Mo, Ni, Cu, Al, W, V, Ti, As, Sn, Nb, Ca, Mg, Fe, K, Na, Pb, Sb, B and other elements in steel. Its working principle is that the sample generates two rays under the irradiation of x-rays, that is, line fluorescence, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements is carried out according to the generated spectrum and intensity.

The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, with high analysis accuracy, less interference, simple operation, and the analysis sample is not damaged.
