ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe refers to the foreign standard steel pipe number, that is, the American mark number. A53-F corresponds to domestic q235 material, A53-A corresponds to domestic 10# material, and A53-B corresponds to domestic 20# material.
ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe is usually delivered in hot rolled state or heat treated state; hot rolled seamless steel pipe production process: pipe blank → heating → perforation → three-roller oblique rolling, continuous rolling → stripping → sizing → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test → mark → entry lever effect seamless steel tube will be detected. Cold drawn seamless steel pipe production process: pipe blanks → heating → piercing → start → annealing → pickling → oil coating → multi-pass cold drawing → blank tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic test → marking → storage. The wall thickness of cold-drawn seamless steel tubes is even better than that of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes, and the surface roughness is also better.
Application of ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe
1. There are many types of buildings: underground pipelines are transported at most, groundwater is pumped out when the building is built, and boiler hot water transport is used.
2. Mechanical processing, bearing sleeves, processing machinery accessories and so on.
3. Electrical: gas transmission, water power fluid piping.
4. Wind power plants anti-static tubes.
