What is seamless pipe

Factors affecting the size of seamless pipes
1) The elongation of the steel pipe is simply the diameter reduction and wall reduction when the steel pipe is rolled;
2) The hardness of the steel pipe is mainly due to the fact that the heat treatment process of the steel pipe is not strictly in accordance with the heat treatment process, resulting in that the process requirements cannot be met during the reheat treatment of the steel pipe, and the hardness of the steel pipe is too high;
3) The speed of the rolling mill equipment is too high during the rolling process. The main problem is that the feeding amount of the base metal is too large during the rolling process, or the aging of the rolling mill equipment and the wear of the rolling mill die;
4) The lubrication is not ideal. The current process is generally phosphating and re-saponification. The base metal is not operated strictly in accordance with the process specifications during the production process of these processes, resulting in insufficient lubrication.
