Due to the defects of the cooling plate, it is easy to control the cooling process, which seriously affects the product quality and contract cash. Plate side wave is a more serious one.
The wavy defects on the side of the seamless pipe are caused by uneven lateral cooling. On-site tracking found that there were obvious "band-shaped supercooling" areas on both sides of the lateral wave plate. Lateral cooling caused by uneven factors is:
1) There is a lateral temperature difference between the center and the sides of the seamless tube.
2) There is a large temperature difference between the middle and the edge of the seamless steel pipe during the controlled rolling process.
3) The finishing mill adopts the "CVC" rolling process, and the internal stress of the steel plate does not reach the bilateral level due to the difference in the extension of the two sides and the middle of the steel plate. , but will further increase during subsequent cooling.
4) In the process of controlling the cooling process of the seamless steel pipe, not only the transformation of the structure occurs with the change of temperature, but also the complex stress change occurs.
