Due to structural limitations, the spiral steel pipes currently used for burial are mostly double-layer epoxy powder. It belongs to thermosetting material anticorrosion. It is characterized in that it is lighter in weight compared with epoxy powder, the coating is closely combined with the steel pipe, and it is not easy to fall off, and the coating is more likely to be corroded and peeled off. However, when the spiral steel pipe encounters moisture and corrosion, it is still easy to rust. If this kind of steel pipe is used as the insulation material in the building structure (or as an anti-corrosion pipe), the anti-corrosion performance of the spiral steel pipe will be greatly improved. The construction is simple, because the welded steel pipe is welded by heat and pressure. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance; wear resistance and corrosion resistance. And it will not embrittle when the temperature changes, and its service life is much longer than that of ordinary seamless steel pipes.

4. The pipe wall is smooth to improve the conveying efficiency.

The application of large-diameter spiral steel pipes in engineering is becoming more and more extensive, especially the application of large-diameter spiral steel pipes is a major measure for energy saving and emission reduction. The production process of spiral steel pipe is an important link in the formation of spiral pipe products. Spiral pipes of different specifications will be produced during the production process. The diameter of the spiral pipe is usually 219-3820 mm.
