4. Arc starting, extinguishing and arc starting back welding, the arc should fill the arc crater. The arc must be completed in the groove, and the base surface arc and arc of the pipe and fitting are prohibited. If defects such as air holes and cracks are found in the arc drawing and arc collector, they should be cleaned in time.
5. The connection of stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings and stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings and non-stainless steel pipes, shelf pipes, and welded butt joints should be filled with argon protection before bottom welding pipes and cavity for TIG welding.
6. For multi-channel multi-arc welding arcs, the arcs should be staggered from each other.
7. The stainless steel pipe is continuously welded, and the interlayer temperature does not exceed 60°C.
8. The weld seam of the pipe joint needs to be pickled and passivated after welding.
9. The water pressure test of the stainless steel pipe has certain requirements on the water temperature and water quality, the water temperature is not lower than 5 degrees Celsius; the chloride content in the water must be greater than 25Pmm.
