· By retaining important vitamins and minerals, freezing helps produce retain its nutritious value for a longer period. Compared to canning, the freezing procedure can better preserve nutrients that are sensitive to heat.

· Regardless of seasonal availability, frozen produce offers a huge selection of fruits and vegetables all year round. It also offers convenience because it takes less time to prepare, making it a good choice for busy people.

· Frozen foods have a longer shelf life than fresh goods, which lowers the likelihood of food waste.
