• Once you have removed the drum unit, look inside the machine very carefully. Check whether there is any label or paper present, especially towards the machine backside. If you find any, remove them.
• Remove each toner cartridge (one at a time) by holding the cartridge handle and pull the cartridge out of drum unit. 
• There are 4 open slots on the drum unit in which the toner cartridges were installed. You need to examine all the openings and black rollers in every slot for pieces of labels and paper. If there is any, just remove it.
• Turn over the drum unit and check for the labels and paper pieces. If there is any, remove it. 
• Now, you have to remove the transfer belt. Hold the green part of the belt unit with both hands, lift the unit up and pull it out of your machine. 
• Inspect the belt and remove any foreign material. Use a soft and dry cloth to clean the loose toner. 
• In your machine from where you have uninstalled the belt, you will find the waste toner box. Remove that box using the green handle. 
• Look inside to check if there is any scrap. If you find and remove it. 
• Reassemble the machine. 
• Turn on your Brother printer and check whether the error message appears.
