Sucking JBL Utilities. Since I do not get any support from the JBL support center, I am compelled to post here. For the operation, I submitted my JBL Flip 4. They said it's a battery thing and it's going to be patched in 15 days. It's been more than a month and a half, and little change has been made.

I keep calling customer service and they don't have the right answers. They say that soon it will be done. I remind them to get an on-call boss, they, inform me they're going to schedule a callback.

There is never a return message. At least inform me on mail about the status of my product, I asked them please. They're promising, but they never send mail. They will not email you, and if you call them, they won't have a response.

I don't even know where my product is. All they pledge is that soon they'll be changed. Soon, there's no Timeline. Last week, I called them and a representative promised that the item was ready and it would be delivered by Monday.

The representative told me when I called them yesterday about the state of the distribution, that it is not diagnosed yet, and he can't say when the product will be fixed.

It's dishonest and it's really bad. I expect them to return my product in the same case in which I sent them. But they're not going to do anything About either. It's like a nightmare.

To speak, they're polite. But they don't have any idea how to help. And get this, they're not going to do anything, they don't have an answer, the higher the answer is, we're going to upstate soon.

It never arrives. Please, JBL get me back my product. And folks, look out for JBL providers. You sent the product to them once. You won't know how you're going to get them.
