Requirements to Enter this Program

The Award in Education and Training program is a knowledge-based and introductory teaching qualification. The individuals who have not started teaching/training or who are currently employed as a teacher/trainer are both allowed to participate in this program.

Any individual with basic functional skills, such as literacy, numeracy and ICT, is eligible to participate in AET classroom course. However, you need to be at least 19 years old in order to become eligible for this program and need to submit a photographic proof of identification using any of the following documents.

2) A signed UK Photocard Driving Licence

3) A valid Warrant Card issued by the Police or HM Forces

4) Employee ID Card from current employer

5) Student ID Card
