Westcliff University is a private institution with three campuses in the US, two of which are located in California and another in Miami, Florida. The school is fully accredited by several governing bodies, including the Council for Higher Education Accreditation of the United States and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

F-1 students are highly encouraged to apply at least three to four months before the start of each session per year, allowing more than enough time for SEVIS transfer and CPT application.

• Providing your personal information

Enter Westcliff University’s online application system to provide your personal information and other details. As an international student, you cannot select the 100% live online courses—the USCIS requires F-1 visa holders to attend on-site courses, depending on your school’s policies.

In addition to your personal information, you will be asked to provide your residential information, educational background, and referral information, if applicable.

• Choosing your academic program

Westcliff University has four academic departments: the College of Business, College of Technology and Engineering, College of Education, and College of Law. Day 1 CPT students can choose from several educational programs, including the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT), and Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language (MA TESOL) programs.

You can apply for the program of your choice and select the campus which is most convenient for you. For instance, MBA students may choose any of the school’s three campuses, while MSIT, MSEM, and MSCS students only have the Irvine or Cerritos campuses as options.

• Uploading your documents

The university requires applicants to prepare several documents before enrolling, including the I-20 form, passport, resume, official transcript, and bank statement. You must also fill out the Course Waiver Request form to transfer credits from another institution.

• Paying the application fee

Westcliff University has an application fee of $50 for interested applicants. However, you may be able to waive this fee with a referral from trusted educational consultants in the US.
