How to Prepare for Trekking in Bangalore

It should be durable, comfortable, water resistant and must have good capacity so that you can pack all your essentials in it.

3-Invest in a good pair of shoes: This is one of the most important things to consider when doing all the preparation for trekking. As you will walk long distances across different terrains, your feet will be susceptible to injuries. The shoes you wear must have a good grip and should be sturdy enough on the rough and rocky surfaces. It should give you good balance, flexibility and prevent chances of blisters or shoe bite. Look for water resistance, durability and ankle support when buying a pair of trekking shoes for this adventure activity.

4-Start workout and exercising: For activities like hiking, trekking and camping, one should be physically fit. It is advised that at least two weeks prior to your trek, you should start with exercises like squats, cycling and climbing steps, as that will increase your endurance and help you become overall fit. Squats are the perfect exercise to improve knee strength. You should also start with aerobic training that will help you cope up with breathing issues on higher altitudes where air density is low.

Now that you know what all you need to do before heading for the adventure, go ahead and implement these things.
