Article 136 of the Constitution of India deals with Supreme Court SLP i.e. Special Leave Petition (Supreme Court SLP Judgement). In view of provision under Article 136 the Supreme Court i.e. Apex Court may, in its discretion, grant special leave to an appeal from any judgment or order passed by any of the High Courts, Court or Tribunal in India. Hence, any person or entity aggrieved an order or judgment can approach the Supreme Court by filing SLP under Article 136 of Constitution.
