Neem Scheme of Employment

India has a huge source of youth manpower. Indian youths are well qualified. They also hold so great degrees. But the only degree holder youths have lack of skill that any industry expects. The unskilled workforce can’t contribute towards our national growth. We are large in numbers but small in skill. To overcome this mismatch between the degree holder youths & the company Indian govt issues a new scheme known as NEEM Scheme (National Employability Enhancement Mission). This scheme can convert the large number of unskilled youths into a skilled workforce.

This scheme provides short term technical training modules for updating the skills and knowledge of unskilled personnel. This scheme also provides employability training to individuals between the age group of 18 to 35 years. The Scheme aims at producing skilled labors and counters the problem of the skilled labor shortage in India.

NEEM scheme is launched by Indian Govt. in association with AICTE. This scheme is widely known as on the job training program. In which students gets trained practically that is very beneficial for any company. The matter they only read in books can be done practically.

This scheme is very beneficial for Indian unskilled youths in getting a new job. Because after completion of the training program the trainees becomes so expert that the companies hire them hand to hand. Company gets enhancement in productivity. Companies gets well trained & skillful Employee as per their required skill sets. This scheme improves competence & efficiency of the students.

This scheme helps student in achieving a position that they deserve. But they are unable to find their favorable job yet due to lack of skill & lack of confidence. This scheme creates employment opportunities. This is part of activity that contributing in the Nation building through creating huge skilled manpower.

Our industries need candidates with skills like good communication skill, team work, IT skills, decision making, etc. These skills can be fulfilling if candidate gets hands on experience by this scheme. Students can avail this scheme in getting a desirable job that He / she wants.

The main focus of this program is to create a right set of talent pool for the industry. NEEM scheme creates challenging and exciting programs that inspire learning, faster personal development, promote professional advancement and encourage a commitment to the betterment of society. This program will focus on building up the technical skill levels of fresh students and create industry-ready as skilled candidates.

Thematic project-based program prepares candidates to work skillfully in their specialized subject. Some of the topics are covered in different sessions by different mentors that is time management, problem solving skill, interview skills, group discussions, personality development, communication etc. The sessions are conducted in a scientific as well as practical way. These sessions focuses on how to adapt the techniques taught in day-to-day life. Since all the concepts are interrelated, this will benefit candidates while facing the interview and GD rounds. Through this training trainees would also get an insight in balancing the personal and professional life.

Developing skilled workers improves the efficiency and overall morale of this labor market, reduces skills bottlenecks, enables absorption of skilled workers into gainful employment and hence boosting the economy, and in turn improving their job security. The program is divided under four semesters, each focusing on different kind of skill set. The NEEM trainees will be systematically trained in various aspects of latest technology spread over four semesters. The course is designed into two parts first the technical orientation delivered through class room sessions and second on-the-job training that is to be taught on real ground of industry.
