What are the key points in the production of seamless steel pipes?
1. Oil marking: After the steel pipe hydraulic testing machine is qualified, it is oiled to prevent corrosion, and it is marked according to user requirements.
2. Leveling and milling: use the flat steel anvil to make the original curl, and then use the edge milling machine to mill the steel plate on both sides, so as to meet the requirements of plate width, plate edge parallelism and groove shape.
3. Shear forming: the steel plate production line is spirally curled into a tube along the outer edge.
4. Butt cutting: seamless steel pipe market equipment adopts advanced technology pre-double submerged arc welding, internal welding and external welding. Cut welded steel pipes to specification lengths using a plasma ruler.
5. Visual inspection: Some basic parameters are inspected by professional technicians.
6. Ultrasonic flaw detection: 100% inspection of the inner and outer sides of the scrapped base metal and the weld seam.
7. X-ray inspection: 100% X-ray industrial TV inspection image processing system for internal and external welds to ensure the detection sensitivity.
8. Pressure test: The steel pipe hydraulic testing machine conducts the test alone to ensure that the test pressure pipe meets the specified standards.
9. Chamfered flat head: After the qualified pipe end is processed by the inspection device, the seamless steel pipe meets the requirements of the bevel size of the pipe end (spiral welded pipe factory).
10. Final inspection: The leveling machine conducts ultrasonic and X-ray inspection and magnetic particle inspection of the pipe end again to check whether there are problems and welding defects at the pipe end.
11. Uncoiling board probe: After entering the uncoiling board production line, the whole board is firstly inspected by ultrasonic testing.
