Basic requirements for thermal seamless pipe installation

① The installation of thermal seamless pipes should have a slope. If there is no requirement in the design, the slope should comply with the following regulations: hot water heating and hot water supply pipes and steam and condensate water pipes with steam and water flowing in the same direction. In this case, the slope of the pipe is generally 0.003, but it cannot be less than 0.002. The slope of the steam and condensate pipes where steam and water flow in the opposite direction is generally not less than 0.005.

 

② During the installation of indoor heating pipes, seamless pipes must be bypassed through doors and windows or other openings, beams, columns, wall stacks, etc. If the corners are higher or lower than the horizontal direction of the pipes, the highest point or Exhaust and drain devices should be installed at the lowest point respectively. The main function of this is to remove the air in the pipeline and the dirt at the lowest point.

 

③When setting up pipes to pass through floors and walls, iron sheets or steel casings should be installed.

 

Material requirements for thermal seamless pipes

① Pipes: Pipes must not be bent, rusted, or have flying spurs, heavy skin, or unevenness.

Pipe fittings: No bias buckles, square buckles, random buckles, broken wires or inaccurate angles.

Valve: Casting rules, no burrs, no cracks, flexible and tight switch, no damage to the thread, correct straightness and angle, meet the requirements of strength, no damage to the hand wheel. There is a factory certificate, and strength and tightness tests should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations before installation.

①System supervisor arrangement

When arranging the system supervisor, it should be coordinated with the building's usage requirements, heating system diagram, radiator layout, etc. Strive to save pipe materials and facilitate installation and maintenance. The supervisor is usually exposed. When the main pipe is exposed, it should be placed in the corner of the exterior wall and the wall between windows as much as possible.

②Supervisor installation

Before installing the main pipe, the radiator should be in place and the riser can be installed only after finding the straightness so that the size of the main pipe can be accurate. The semi-circular bend on the double riser should be accurate and straight. The branch pipe should be in the middle of the semi-circular bend and cannot go up or down wrongly. After the pipeline is installed, check whether the coordinates, elevation, reserved opening position and pipe diameter are correct, then find the straightness, use a level to check and recheck the slope. After the adjustment is qualified, adjust the elevator bolt U-shaped clip to make it appropriately tight. Make sure they are even and consistent, and finally weld the stop lever to secure the clamp.

③Branch pipe installation

The fork bend of the radiator branch lamp for concealed or semi-concealed installation must adapt to the corner of the radiator slot to achieve a beautiful appearance. The branch pipes connected to the radiator should have a slope. The water supply branch pipes for the upper and lower circuits are sloping towards the radiator, and the return water branch pipes are sloping towards the riser. The double-pipe type with lower supply and lower return has no exhaust device on the water supply riser on the top floor. The supply and return branch pipes are sloping toward the riser, the water supply branch pipes on other floors are sloping toward the radiator, and the return water branch pipes are sloping toward the main pipe.

When the radiator branch pipe passes through the wall, in addition to adding a casing, it should also be noted that the branch pipe is not allowed to have joints in the wall. When installing the valve on the branch pipe, it should be connected to the removable part on the side close to the radiator. The installation of radiator branch pipes should be carried out after the radiator and riser pipes are installed, or they can be installed at the same time as the riser pipes. During installation, the steel pipes must be adjusted properly before meeting to avoid distorting the branches and risers.
