Infrastructure as a service: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is a model that plays the foundation of an organisation's cloud technology deployment. In an IaaS deployment, it provides the hardware and usually virtualised OS to their clients. Users pay for cloud computing services in IaaS since it is the basic building block for creating new technologies. General examples of IaaS are Amazon EC2, Google Compute Engine, Rackspace, etc.  

Platform as a service: Platform as a service (Paas) enable users to access combined hardware and software applications from a cloud computing provider required for application development- databases, operating systems, servers – without stressing over to manage it. General examples of PaaS are Google App Engine, Cloud Foundry, Engine Yard Etc.  

Software as a service: Software-as-service (SaaS) is a way to deliver on-demand software tools via Cloud services on a monthly subscription plan. A cloud computing service manages the Cloud infrastructure and provides SaaS applications via the internet to users that can access through any browser. Moreover, these applications can also be easily accessible on multiple devices; on top of this, user can access them from any location. The most common examples of SaaS are Salesforce, Google Docs, Office 365, Basecamp, etc.  

Function as a service: Function as a service (FaaS) stands for serverless computing. Cloud computing provider manages the organisation infrastructure, enables the customer to focus strictly on deploying application code. Rather than managing the complexity of virtual servers and application runtimes, FaaS upload functional blocks of code to be triggered when a specific event occurs. In this form of computing, consumers only pay for the resources that make FaaS the most accurate form of "pay-as-you-go" cloud computing service. Common examples of FaaS are AWS Lambdas, Azure Functions.
