In terms of customers’ information, a crucial outcome was expected by IKEA management team so that they could use it as marketing assets. Therefore, we brainstormed and integrated the facility of entering personal information and preferences with the system’s backend in real-time.

4. Deploy the solution across individual IKEA stores
The deployment team of our company then worked on the launch of the ERP solution across different IKEA stores, each with their individual servers. While ensuring that there are zero glitches in the system when it runs on multiple servers, we worked remotely on the IKEA private IP address as well.

Making Customer Onboarding Easy

The result of our efforts on the ERP solution development led to the creation of a particular solution that is now getting expanded in the 7+ IKEA stores in the UAE.
