Tell your doctor and pharmacist which prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking or planning to take when taking vonoprazan, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin. Your doctor may need to change your medication dosage or carefully monitor your side effects.

Tell your doctor if you have or have had jaundice (yellow skin or eyes) or other liver problems and are taking vonoprazan, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin. Your doctor may tell you not to take vonoprazan, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin.

Tell your doctor if you have or have had prolonged QT (irregular heart rhythm that can lead to fainting, loss of consciousness, seizures, or sudden death) or irregular heartbeat; Low potassium or magnesium content in the blood; Mononucleosis (a virus; also known as' mono '); Myasthenia gravis (a disease that causes muscle weakness); Or kidney or liver disease.

If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, tell your doctor. If you become pregnant while taking vonoprazan, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin, please call your doctor.

If you are breastfeeding, please tell your doctor. Breastfeeding should not be allowed during the administration of vornoprazine, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin, as well as within 2 days after the last medication.

You should be aware that vornoprazine, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin may cause you to feel dizzy, confused, or disoriented. Do not drive or operate the machine until you understand the impact of this medication on you.

Remember to take the missed dose immediately (one vonoprazan tablet, one clarithromycin tablet, and two amoxicillin capsules). However, if it is within 4 hours of your next planned dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose plan. Don't take double doses to make up for a missed one.

Comply with all appointments with doctors and laboratories.

Before conducting any laboratory tests, inform your doctor and laboratory staff that you are taking vonoprazan, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin.

It is important for you to keep a written list of all prescription and over-the-counter drugs (over-the-counter drugs) you are taking, as well as any products such as vitamins, minerals, or other dietary supplements. You should always carry this checklist with you every time you go to see a doctor or check into a hospital. This is also important information that you need to carry with you in an emergency.
