Make sure that the Startup type of Print Spooler has been set to 'Automatic'.

The Printer Spooler service status must be 'Running'.

Press 'Windows + R Key'.

After this, you need to type 'devmgmt.msc' and click on the Enter button.

ExpandPrinte queues.

Right-click on the printer driver to uninstall.

Restart the computer.

Visit the printer manufacturer website, and download the latest version of the driver available for your printer model.
