If you send us a template when you place a custom order, please check the respective box to the option whether you want us to return your template with an order or do you want us to keep it in our template library in case you want to make another custom order in the future. Since if you are in another country outside of the U.S., the shipping cost is not very low.

Then it is about the production time of a custom order. Normally it takes about 6-8 weeks, however, if you need it in a rush, then you can select the option with rushing service. Usually, rushing service requires more money.

Main Factors of A Custom Order

This is the biggest part that requires your effort and can reflect your custom made hair system details. It includes hair material, hair color, hair density, hair length, base size, base model, wave/curl, etc.
