Third-World Health-Care Systems vs. the Rest of the World

This is going to be one of the most contentious issues throughout the epidemic, and I've read a lot of papers, blogs, and movies on it. A robust health-care system is built on excellent clinical specialists who are willing to share their knowledge of how to deal with patients. Because their health-care systems are severely constricted in relation to their population, third-world countries like Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, and others can choose from a large number of patients. Hospitals are constantly swamped and unable to accommodate everyone on a regular basis.

Despite having powerful health systems, Pandemic Covid-19 has shocked the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and China. They only visit a small number of patients on a regular basis; 90% of them are covered by insurance, forward integration in healthcare and the rest are government obligations that they appropriately handle. They don't have to worry about money because the government provides for them. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the abbreviation for Artificial Intelligence.

Artificial intelligence is assisting in the reshaping of the healthcare sector. Artificial intelligence is gaining traction in the healthcare industry, and it is assisting in the resolution of a wide range of difficulties that patients, hospitals, and the industry confront.

It will lay the groundwork for the framework by enabling predictive analytics and clinical decision support tools, which would alert providers to issues far before they would otherwise notice the need to respond.

Nowadays, every patient is digitally empowered and prefers personalised, accountable, and cost-effective care. Illness management, clinical trials, diagnosis and therapy, patient engagement, patient monitoring, and wellness management are just a few of the artificial intelligence uses in the healthcare business.

In comparison to them, we have a number of difficulties to address. To begin with, third-world countries already lag behind developed and wealthy countries in terms of social, economic, and law and order issues; they are unable to provide quality care to a quarter of their population, but they have well-trained personnel who deal with thousands of patients every day. Many individuals have died as a result of everyday shootings during city crises in Karachi, gang fighting, snatching, and blind bullets, and I've worked in a private hospital where only the wealthiest patients came for medical care following JCIA norms. We visited government hospitals during my training, and I saw thousands of people, most of whom couldn't afford shoes or slippers, so they were barefooted, waiting in long lines, and the only casualties were open wounds and fresh traumas; otherwise, they were treated like clinic patients and had to wait their turn.

It's not that our country has never provided basic health care to its residents; the reason for this might be anything, from the fact that 40% of the population is illiterate to a broken system. Because they deal with a significant number of patients on a regular basis, our nurses and doctors are well-trained.

My professional qualities were also recognized by the University Hospital, where I was trained during major crises such as the assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister Mohtarma Benzair Bhutto and others. As a nurse, I am grateful for the opportunity to do CPR Codes with my colleagues in the Emergency Department in order to resuscitate victims.

Covid, 19 years old The sickness has spread to Pakistan, India, and other developing countries, which are seeking to contain it by imposing daily lockdowns on educational and religious institutions. Although the death toll is in the low double digits, it is controllable, the number of suspects and victims continues to climb. We believe that "We belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return," so nurses, physicians, and other paramedics are obligated to help.
