It is worth taking into account the recommendations that increase the service life of tools in order to reduce the costs of the entire preparation process. It should be remembered that the manufacturer gives a guarantee for the tools as long as the appropriate maintenance procedures are followed.

Nevertheless, once certified, you should still consider proper management of your company's processes in accordance with the guidelines.

The EN 46001 standard deals with the quality of production of medical instruments and is an important technical supplement to ISO 9001. The EN 46001 standard and its newer equivalent - ISO 13485, define the most important elements of production, such as:

Controls of the production process focusing on the reliability and safety of manufactured medical devices,

Risk management and prevention of accidents,

Device design process control,

Required controls for devices implanted under the skin,

Requirements for sterilization and hygiene in production rooms,
