All India Council for Technical Education, with an objective to offer on the job practical training to enhance the employability of students pursuing graduation/diploma to increase their employability, makes the same Regulations. These Regulations shall apply to any Company registered under section 25 of Companies Act, 1956. Apart from a Company, a non-government organization, registered as the Society or Trust, can also apply for registration as the NEEM facilitator.
