Are Sun Country Flights Refundable?

Sun Country Airlines offer a flexible ticket refund policy to its flyers to manage their flight tickets and make changes accordingly. However, the flight refund depends on the fare rule and the destination chosen by the passenger. The airline takes seven to nine working days to process the refund amount to the original payment mode after a flyer meets the requirements of the airline’s flight refund policy.

Terms and Conditions of Sun Country Flight Refund Policy

Under Sun Country airlines flight refund policy, a passenger can cancel his refundable flight ticket within 24 hours of the original purchase for a full ticket refund.
 

After the grace period, the airline will charge $50 as a flight cancellation fee. The airline will deduct that fare from your flight ticket and refund the rest to the original payment mode.
 

Passengers who cancel their booked flight ticket 14 or less days before the scheduled flight departure will have to pay $100 as a flight cancellation fee.
 

A flyer gets 25% of ticket refund if he cancels his flight booking two hours before the scheduled flight departure. 

If you have made your Sun Country airlines book a Flight under any part of the group or any vacation packages, you can’t apply for a ticket refund.
 

Passengers who have purchased a Basic Economy ticket fare are not allowed to make flight changes.
 

A flyer can make flight changes, cancel his flight ticket and request a refund within a few clicks using manage my booking feature.
 

The airline will either transfer the refund to the original payment mode or travel wallet with a validity of one year.
