SAS has a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means that passengers can cancel their reservation for free within 24 hours of booking, regardless of ticket type. No fees will be charged. Passengers can cancel up to 1 day before flight departure. Non-refundable tickets: On non-refundable tickets, upon cancellation, the customer will not receive any amount other than the only tax, and the service fee will be refunded within 7 business days of the original payment method.

If SAS Scandinavian Airlines can book you for a new flight that lands at a time similar to the original one, you will not have to pay compensation. This is correct because you will reach your destination with minimal disruption to your plans. However, in many cases, passengers whose flights are canceled at the last minute have valid claims on SAS Scandinavian Airlines to compensate for the canceled flight.
You will also receive a full refund if you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of your departure time. If the booking is made through the official website, app or SAS Customer Service, you can cancel the My Bookings section under Admin. If you cancel your ticket more than 24 hours after booking, the refund amount will be calculated according to the ticket rules.
