Cancelling Domestic Flights:

• If you cancel a flight economy promotion ticket you will get the collected taxes as the refund ticketing charge, fuel duty and booking fee will not be refunded
• Cancelling the economy flexible ticket there will be a refund with 20% deduction in the ticket price if the ticket cancelled 12 hours prior to the departure, 40% deduction in the amount if the ticket cancelled within the 1 to 12 hours of the flight departure time and there will be no refund if the ticket cancelled within 1 hour of the flight departure time or if there is no show.
• Cancelling the business flexible ticket there will be a refund with 10% deduction in the ticket price if the ticket cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the departure, 30% deduction in the amount if the ticket cancelled within 1 to 12 hours of the flight departure time and there will be no refund if the ticket cancelled within 1 hour of the flight departure time or if there is no show.

Cancelling International flights:

• Economy promotion class ticket cancellation will refund taxes only
• If Economy restricted or economy flexible class ticket cancelled before the flight there will be a deduction in the refund, if cancelled after flight, the cost of flight will be deducted from the amount
• Business promotion class ticket cancellation will refund taxes only
• If Business restricted or Business flexible class ticket cancelled before the flight there will be a deduction in the refund, if cancelled after flight, the cost of flight will be deducted from the amount
