- Application for the Business Owner visa Subclass 890.
- Evidence that you have at least AUD$550,000 to invest in Australia and will maintain a residence there.
- Evidence that you have enough money to support yourself and dependents without government assistance.
- Confirmation from an Australian bank or financial institution that they are willing to offer you an AUD$500,000 secured loan or another form of finance.
- Document issued by the competent authority in your home country states that you do not have any debts.
- Information about your spouse's/partner's employment status.
- Documents proving all previous visas.
