When we want to keep photos from our phones or other digital cameras in a safe place on our computers, we usually sync our devices using a cable. Once the iPhone and computer are connected, we open a folder called "DCIM" on the computer's hard drive. Now the problem is that the DCIM folder on the computer doesn't exist when we try to access it after connecting our iPhone and computer. In other circumstances, we can locate the DCIM folder.
