What preparations should be made before the production of piling pipes?

The piling pipe is a welded pipe made of steel plate or strip steel after being crimped and welded. Widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, heat, water supply and drainage, steam heating, pressure steel pipes for hydropower stations, thermal power generation, water sources and other long-distance transmission pipelines and piling, bridges, steel structures, octg pipe and other engineering fields.

Preparations before the production of piling pipes

1) Must be specially trained to understand the structure, principle, operation and maintenance methods of the pile driver being operated, and hold an operation certificate before operating;

2) Operators must have a clear division of labor;

3) The power device, hoist, hydraulic device, electrical device, etc. configured by the pile driver should be operated according to its operating procedures;

4) Select a pile driver suitable for the project requirements to ensure construction safety;

5) If it needs to be shut down for a long time, the diesel hammer should be dropped and cushioned, so that the pile driver is in a safe state;

6) When the piling intubation encounters severe weather such as thunder, rain, snow, fog and wind above grade 6, the operation should be stopped. When the wind force exceeds level 7 or there is a strong typhoon alarm, the pile driver should be parked facing the wind, the diesel hammer should be lowered and a windproof cable should be added. When necessary, the rack should be placed on the pile driver, and lightning protection measures must be taken for the pile driver. In case of lightning, personnel must stay away from the pile driver;

7) The assembly and disassembly of the pile driver should be strictly operated in accordance with the procedures specified in the instruction manual.

The anti-corrosion method of piling pipe also starts with inhibiting one of the processes. If an anti-corrosion coating is added to the outer wall of the pipeline, the circuit resistance can be increased and the corrosion current can be reduced; an external DC power supply can cause the steel pipe to cause a negative potential to the soil and form a cathodic protection, which can eliminate the cathode and anode.
