As with any other drug, take Fosamax Generic only if you have been prescribed alendronate. If you have been taking it and have concerns about long-term effects, check with your clinician about taking a break. If you decide to take a break, make sure you have your bone density checked after a couple of years. If the numbers are declined significantly, you can always resume Generic Fosamax therapy.
